WASHINGTON/BEIJING — US Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo begins a trip to China on Sunday, where she will seek dialogue on high-tech fields such as semiconductors and artificial intelligence where the two nations clash.
Raimondo will meet Commerce Minister Wang Wentao during his visit, which will last until Wednesday and will include stops in Beijing and Shanghai. He could also meet with high-ranking Chinese officials to discuss economic policy.
