Vetaphone launches Certified Service Partnerships program

Vetaphone has introduced its Certified Service Partnerships (CSP) program, a global initiative designed to strengthen local technical support and service for customers using its surface treatment technologies.

The program establishes a network of Vetaphone-certified service partners who will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing faster response times, improved access to spare parts and preventative maintenance services.

“The aim is to bring Vetaphone support closer to our customers by strengthening the relationship between our local partners and the installed customer base, providing faster response times, better access to spare parts and an even higher level of service,” says Anders Dueholm, support and spare parts manager at Vetaphone.

Under the program, participating agents will complete intensive technical training at Vetaphone’s headquarters in Denmark, followed by regular training updates to maintain their certification and familiarity with the company’s latest technologies.

Certified partners will also maintain inventories of critical and frequently replaced spare parts, allowing them to respond more quickly to customer service needs. The program includes provisions for scheduled maintenance intended to minimize unplanned downtime and maintain production efficiency.

The initiative supports Vetaphone customers operating printing presses, laminating lines and extrusion equipment, where reliable surface treatment is essential to production quality and consistency.

Vetaphone will oversee the CSP network and provide ongoing support to ensure consistent service standards across its global customer base.

“Vetaphone invented and has pioneered corona technology across a variety of market sectors – this is the latest stage of our ongoing commitment to improve local service and support for customers, wherever they are in the world,” Dueholm adds.
