Vinci mentioned a consortium that features its Australian subsidiary Seymour Whyte and engineering firm SMEC received a contract to modernize a dam close to Brisbane in Australia.
The French development group mentioned Friday that the mission is valued at greater than 86 million euros ($94.7 million) and contains upgrades to entry roads and the dam’s filtration system, amongst different works. The mission seeks to extend flood capability for better climate-change resilience, it mentioned.
Development works will take round two years to be accomplished, Vinci mentioned.
