Mohamadou Houmfa of VOA’s French to Africa service spoke with Dr. Faustine Engelbert Ndugulile. He is candidate for the position of WHO (World Health Organization) Regional Director for Africa. The election will be held during the seventy-fourth session of the WHO Regional Committee for Africa in Brazzaville, Republic of Congo from the 26th to 30th August 2024.
