Barcelona striker Robert Lewandowski has been full of praise for manager Hansi Flick once again after enjoying a memorable night against Real Madrid.
Lewandowski scored twice to help secure a 4-0 win at the Santiago Bernabeu and extend Barca’s lead over their bitter rivals to six points.
The striker, who is once again working with Flick, says the German coach is doing a phenomenal job at the club.
”What Hansi Flick is doing is incredible, not only with me, with everyone,” he told reporters.
“Every player feels comfortable with Hansi Flick, we showed that today. We understand each other, even without words.
“Most importantly, the way we play as a team. We’re much stronger offensively, we score more. Even if you’re in difficult form, your teammates have an idea to solve the situation.
“I don’t want to talk about titles now. It’s important to go step by step. Winning at the Bernabeu is a big step, but we still have to work. We have not won anything yet.”
Lewandowski now has 14 goals in just 11 La Liga appearances so far this season and is looking in great shape to scoop another Pichichi award.
