A pickup truck landed on top of several other cars after a crash in Brockton, Massachusetts, early Friday morning.The pickup truck was traveling south on Montello Street when the driver lost control of the vehicle, hit a fire hydrant and crashed into the front porch at 1007 Montello St., police said. The truck struck the corner of the building and then hit three other parked cars before coming to rest on top of two of them.”We (were all) sleeping, and then we heard a noise outside, and then we come out and we just saw the car,” said Filipe Alves, the owner of one of the damaged vehicles.Police said the driver then fled the area. An adjacent home also sustained damage. Brockton fire officials assessed the building for any structural damage and hazards resulting from the crash. No injuries were reported, and the crash remains under investigation.
